builder program brand advertising,
trade and consumer
Heather managed the strategic development of this campaign
at a prior agency. The goal of the campaign was to reinforce
the benefits of Simpson’s builder program to its top
builder customers. Simpson wanted to convey the value of
working in partnership with Simpson and remind existing customers
of the benefits of the builder program. The thumbnail images
at the bottom of the page show the series of three ads targeting
builders.
The primary message of this series of ads was that Simpson
helps its customers in whatever way it can. The messaging
focused on supporting customers, no matter the location of
their project.
The consumer component of this campaign was intended to
demonstrate marketing support to builder program customers.
The strategy was to convey to consumers the message of safety
and security when a house is built with Simpson products.
The creative used life jackets as a metaphor for safety,
with a visually appealing photograph to reach out to consumers.
Copy highlighted the benefits of Simpson products and guided
inquirers to a web site to learn more and to find quality
builders who build with Simpson.
